A specific and rare crystallization of gypsum creates the unique texture and translucent appearance of alabaster. Preserved underground, the stone emerges lackluster, inviting sculptors to reveal its secrets and splendors, variations and transparencies. White translucent alabaster in the dimensions we require for our creations is rare. Moreover, it offers myriad patterns – fluid or crystallized, white ochre and many degrees of transparency. It is thanks to our high standards and expertise that we are able to compose harmonious sets. Alabaster is amazingly tender, making it easy to shape and sculpt.
