With this piece the artist has created a broad horizontal composition that intimates a moment of peace in flight.(like a shifting gauge, which expands and contracts as the viewer's eye follows the piece from one end to the other), has manipulated space, metal, and light to embody a certain weightlessness and fluidity characteristic to a ribbon in the wind.
